Senior Digital Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Digital Sales Manager will lead Octopus Digital’s industrial digital transformation and enterprise software sales across the UAE and the wider Middle East, focusing on high‑value solutions such as Industry 4.0, IoT, asset performance management and energy optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional digital sales strategy, driving revenue growth through multi‑year contracts and solution‑based selling.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles for large‑scale digital, automation and software projects, building a robust pipeline of high‑value opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level digital leaders, plant heads and government stakeholders, delivering digital maturity assessments and executive presentations.
• Promote and sell a portfolio that includes IoT and analytics platforms, APM, predictive analytics, MES, energy management, digital twin, cloud and edge solutions.
• Develop and manage strategic accounts across energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, food & beverage, smart cities and related sectors, and collaborate with system integrators and technology partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial digital transformation, enterprise software or automation.
• Proven track record selling industrial software, IoT or analytics platforms in the Middle East, especially UAE and KSA.
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar digital transformation programmes and working with government entities and large industrial enterprises.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA or executive education is a strong advantage.
