Senior Director – Digital & Technology Services (UAE National)

About the role

The Senior Director will lead a major Digital & Technology Services business in Abu Dhabi, overseeing a broad portfolio of technology capabilities and services. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, driving performance and growth, and ensuring service excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a large‑scale Digital & Technology Services business.
• Lead and develop a senior leadership team covering multiple technology disciplines.
• Define and execute the long‑term strategy for the technology services portfolio, aligning with organisational objectives.
• Drive service quality, operational effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, strategic partners and key clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, introduce new services and support sustainable growth.
• Partner with the executive leadership team on business planning, strategic initiatives and organisational priorities.

Required profile

• UAE National with significant senior leadership experience in technology, digital or technology services environments.
• Proven track record leading large and complex technology organisations.
• Broad leadership experience across technology disciplines such as enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, digital platforms or technology operations.
• Strong commercial and strategic capability with a history of driving organisational performance and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and external partners.
• Executive presence combined with a hands‑on leadership style and a passion for building high‑performing teams.
