Senior Director, Performance Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Puffy, a top‑5 US mattress brand with over $1 billion in sales, is looking for a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale a multi‑million‑dollar paid‑media engine across Google and Meta. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape budget allocation, measurement systems and creative testing while driving contribution‑margin growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the paid‑media engine, deciding what campaigns to launch and where multi‑million‑dollar monthly budgets are allocated.
• Design and document rules for spend scaling, pause/hold logic and measurement, enabling autonomous growth without day‑to‑day executive oversight.
• Deploy incrementality testing, reconcile platform attribution, and build a systematic creative testing pipeline.
• Identify, evaluate and pilot new paid channels beyond Google and Meta.

Required profile

• 7+ years in performance marketing with sustained ownership of $1 M+/month budgets on both Google and Meta.
• Proven ability to build bid, budget and pause decision systems at scale and present authored playbooks.
• Statistical decision literacy and experience designing incrementality tests.
• Team leadership experience, including senior direct reports.
