Senior Directory Services Specialist

About the role

The organization seeks a Senior Directory Services Specialist to administer, secure, and optimize enterprise directory and identity infrastructure. The role supports a distributed workforce across construction sites, offices, and external partners, ensuring reliable authentication and access to critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, managing users, groups, service accounts, OU structures, and domain controller health.
• Design and maintain AD architecture, replication topology, site configurations, and forest trusts for a geographically dispersed environment.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity synchronization, troubleshooting sync errors and supporting cloud authentication, SSO, and conditional access.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects, implementing security baselines and ensuring proper policy inheritance.
• Monitor directory service health, performance, and security, maintaining documentation and aligning services with enterprise standards.

Required profile

• Several years of experience administering Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions in a complex, multi‑site organization.
• Strong knowledge of directory architecture, replication, DNS integration, and identity lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work with IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, and Service Desk teams.
