AI Native Agile Team Coach

About the role

The AI‑Native Agile Team Coach supports AI‑Native teams in adopting, applying and continuously improving an AI‑Native delivery model. Working as a shared resource across multiple teams, the coach establishes effective delivery practices, develops team capability and drives autonomy as teams mature.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the AI‑Native delivery model using SAFe, Lean, Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles while meeting organisational, security and operational requirements.
• Coach teams to adopt consistent ways of working, strengthen empiricism, define meaningful outcome and flow metrics, and resolve impediments.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑supported delivery to reduce repetitive work, improve quality and accelerate feedback while maintaining human oversight.
• Capture and share learnings across AI‑Native teams and the Lean‑Agile Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience coaching Agile teams and improving technology delivery in complex enterprises.
• Strong practical knowledge of Lean, Scrum, Kanban, flow, empiricism and continuous improvement.
• Experience establishing new teams or guiding teams through adoption, stabilization and maturation of new ways of working.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Jira or similar work‑management and delivery‑visualisation tools.
• Relevant Agile or coaching certifications (e.g., SAFe Practice Consultant, ICP‑ACC, ICP‑ATF, CSP, PSM).
