Senior Electrical Engineer

About the role

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead electrical design and engineering activities for complex projects, providing technical guidance to less‑experienced colleagues and ensuring compliance with standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform conceptual, FEED, detailed analyses and design, preparing calculations, reports, specifications, one‑line diagrams, motor‑control schematics and cable‑sizing studies.
• Lead project development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage change, control cost, schedule and budget, and supervise vendor package creation and factory acceptance testing.
• Provide on‑site technical support for construction, site acceptance testing, pre‑commissioning, energisation, commissioning and start‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (PE preferred) with 8‑15 years of detailed electrical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of design codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA, IEEE and ANSI, and proven project coordination skills.

Required skills

• Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL) and ETAP.
• MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with electrical design techniques, load list preparation, relay coordination and cost planning studies.
