Senior Engagement Owner - Healthcare Technology

About the role

Oracle Health partners with healthcare organisations to transform care delivery through digital health solutions combining EHR technology, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AI, analytics and clinical expertise. As a Senior Engagement Owner (Senior Project Manager) in the International Consulting team, you will lead complex client engagements from initiation to completion, working with clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client engagements, on time, within scope, budget and quality standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, senior stakeholders and internal teams, acting as key point of contact
• Oversee project planning, budgets, resource allocation, financial performance, governance and executive reporting
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and identify opportunities for improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6-8 years of experience in HCIT consulting, support or client-facing HCIT solution roles, including at least 5 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management and stakeholder engagement
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Preferred: 6+ years of project or programme management, preferably in healthcare; large-scale healthcare technology implementations or digital transformation projects; experience with healthcare clients across the Middle East
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE, willing to travel to client sites and work additional or irregular hours as needed
