Senior Engineer – Operation Readiness & Assurance (Process)

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Operation Readiness & Assurance (Process) bridges project delivery and operations, ensuring that process systems are operable, maintainable, and ready for start‑up and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement OR&A plans, align project deliverables with operational requirements, and monitor readiness milestones across all project stages.
• Participate in design and operability reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, constructability workshops, and 3D model reviews, ensuring lessons learned and operational feedback are incorporated.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of as‑built documentation, process datasheets, control narratives, and vendor documents, and confirm readiness of operating procedures, training material, and spare‑parts lists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals or LNG, with at least 5 years on PMC projects.

Required skills

• Familiarity with OR&A frameworks and reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM).
• Asset lifecycle management expertise.
• Proficiency with process simulation tools such as HYSYS and Aspen Plus.
