Sr. Specialist Program Management (Emirati Talent)

About the role

The Sr. Specialist Program Management role supports the Missiles & Weapons cluster PMO team in planning, administration, governance and execution of allocated projects and programs, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Management Specialist in developing comprehensive project plans, roadmaps and initiation documents.
• Manage project steps from planning to completion, monitoring progress, reporting and follow‑ups.
• Utilise project management techniques and tools such as WBS, PIP and AWP throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies, resource estimation and budgeting for projects.
• Perform risk assessments, propose mitigation actions and manage changes to achieve project outputs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, financial reports and expenditure updates.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination and internal communication to keep senior executives and stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, system, aerospace or aeronautics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project‑related environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong planning and organising skills demonstrated via PM tools.
• Ability to work independently and understand products across the M&W Cluster.
