About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior Engineer – QA/QC to lead quality management on oil and gas EPC/PMC projects in the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with ADNOC codes and international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and review method statements.
- Audit contractors, handle Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and enforce corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, ASME, API and ISO standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 17 years of quality management experience on on‑shore or off‑shore oil & gas EPC/PMC projects.
- Mandatory experience with ADNOC projects.
Required skills
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Specialised certifications such as CSWIP, BGAS, NACE, AWS or API.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC codes, ASME, API and ISO standards.
