Senior ERP System Analyst

About the role

The Senior ERP System Analyst will partner with functional business units to translate their processes, KPIs and organizational structures into effective configurations of Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing and other SCM Cloud modules. The role ensures smooth deployment, ongoing support and continuous improvement of the ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to map processes to ERP modules and define configuration requirements.
• Work with IT and ERP deployment teams on configuration changes, workflows, scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
• Assist administrators, super‑users and end‑users in maximizing system functionality.
• Manage internal ERP projects, upgrades and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document system customisations and maintain training materials.
• Support data migration activities including conversion, cleansing, de‑duplication and maintenance.
• Develop and execute system test plans and lead user acceptance testing.
• Provide monthly status reports to the Group IT Director and ERP Manager.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERP system analysis and configuration, preferably in a Dredging or Civil Marine environment.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience driving change, managing risk and fostering collaboration across departments.
