Senior Estimation Engineer – Repair & Strengthening

About the role

The Senior Estimation Engineer – Repair & Strengthening will work on‑site in Dubai, preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for structural repair, strengthening and rehabilitation projects. The role involves close collaboration with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and competitive tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and Bills of Quantities for concrete repair, structural strengthening, soil stabilization and façade works.
• Review drawings, specifications and conduct site visits to assess technical requirements.
• Analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing and support bid presentations.
• Update cost databases, research market rates and contribute to value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; certifications in estimation or project management are a plus.
• Proven experience in estimation for repair, strengthening or specialized contracting, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
