Senior Executive - Commercial Finance (National Talent)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate, part of Dubai Holding, is looking for a Senior Executive in Commercial Finance (National Talent) to support the development and execution of budget plans in line with Group policies and procedures. The role acts as a bridge between entity and department heads and the finance team, and covers budgeting, reporting, variance analysis and financial modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of budget plans and schedules, and coordinate their execution across departments
• Act as liaison between department heads and the finance team to gather information for annual budgets, and monitor implementation and recalibration
• Assist in preparing periodic and ad hoc management information reports
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting systems and support variance analysis against budgeted figures
• Contribute to budgetary, IS and project reporting policies, processes, forms and templates
• Modify and maintain financial models for budgetary and business analysis
• Support the development of budgeting, planning, controlling and reporting tools, and of budgetary and MIS systems
• Work with Hyperion Budgeting software and raise technical issues with the technical team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CA/ACCA preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to interpret financial data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stakeholder management, teamwork, communication and presentation skills in English

Required skills

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis and management reporting
• Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms and data analysis tools
• Oracle, Hyperion and MS Office preferred
