Senior Executive - Design (UAEN Talent Pool)

About the role

DWTC is looking for a Senior Executive in Design through its UAEN talent pool. The role covers creative development and delivery, brand management and quality control, and administration and stakeholder support, working on marketing collateral, presentations, bid documents, digital communications and event campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and creative solutions aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines, delivering materials from brief to final production.
• Support photography, artwork development, print production and creative needs for exhibitions, trade shows and corporate initiatives.
• Research emerging design trends and creative tools to keep the brand relevant.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Ensure all creative materials follow brand guidelines and review outputs for consistency, recommending improvements before approval.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in design and copy across English and Arabic communications.
• Manage creative job documentation, approvals, reporting and asset archiving, keeping records of purchased and downloaded assets such as images and licensed materials.
• Support creative requests from internal stakeholders such as Corporate Office, Digital, PR and Corporate Communications, and contribute to special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate marketing, brand management, advertising or design agencies.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of print production and artwork preparation.
• Knowledge of animation and AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
