Senior Executive – Facility Management

About the role

Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a Senior Executive to lead Facility Management across its extensive portfolio of retail destinations and residential communities. The role focuses on maintaining accurate asset data, overseeing fit‑out projects, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the asset inventory database, capturing operational data for master developer and private investor assets within TECOM.
• Track fit‑out projects, validate leasable area, and manage changes to property units.
• Control processes for TECOM leasable units, including category changes, new unit creation, and building take‑overs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to verify as‑built and updated building drawings, and upgrade the CRM database.
• Manage inventory of properties, units, and classifications.
• Oversee the CAD function to provide accurate engineering drawings, standards, and specifications for FM services.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of CRM data, including CAD drawings, completion certificates, and unit updates.
