Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead full‑cycle recruitment and HR operations across a diversified group of companies operating in corporate, construction, real estate, hospitality and automotive sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and manpower planning for multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, handling contracts, disciplinary matters, grievances and employee relations.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as attendance, leave, payroll coordination, visa and work‑permit processing, and HR reporting.
• Coordinate UAE National recruitment, Emiratization targets, Nafis‑related processes and government reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE HR generalist experience, preferably in a diversified or multi‑business environment.
• Proven experience recruiting corporate, operational and frontline staff across sectors like real estate, construction, hospitality or automotive.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MOHRE regulations, UAE Labour Law, WPS and employment contracts.
• Experience with visa procedures, payroll coordination and employee relations.
