Senior Finance Analyst – eCommerce

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to lead financial execution, controls, and FP&A for its global eCommerce business. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance – eCommerce, you will ensure accurate month‑end close, robust budget tracking, and high‑quality reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial trackers, purchase order approvals, coding, and timely processing of month‑end journals, including entity recharges.
• Act as an ERP super‑user, maintaining launch, bundle and pricing inputs.
• Support accounts payable queries and provide coverage for critical finance execution activities.
• Maintain and update budgets for eCommerce Development, Technology, Marketing, Returns, Logistics, Customer Service, and Administrative expenses.
• Prepare eCommerce P&L, monthly finance review analysis, and weekly finance reporting with variance commentary.
• Assist sales‑to‑cash, returns/refunds reconciliations, duty calculator checks, and customer service variance analysis.
• Conduct quarterly VAT/GST and indirect tax compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with experience in eCommerce financial operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to deliver accurate financial reporting.

• ERP (super‑user proficiency)
