Senior Finance & Insurance Leadership Roles – EPC Infrastructure (UAE)

About the role

Our client, a leading EPC infrastructure company in Abu Dhabi, is expanding its Financial Department and is looking for senior finance and insurance professionals. Four senior positions are open: Collection Officer, Financial Controller / Finance Business Partner, Insurance Manager, and Financial & Performance Reporting Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end collection of outstanding receivables, accelerate cash conversion and reduce overdue balances.
• Act as finance business partner for an assigned subsidiary, driving revenue, profitability, margins, cash flow and working capital performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and periodic financial reporting for the subsidiary.
• Manage the group’s operational and corporate insurance portfolio, covering construction, property, fleet, marine, liability and professional indemnity risks.
• Oversee insurance renewals, placements, contract reviews and claim settlements.
• Prepare regular group‑level financial performance reports for executive management, consolidating subsidiary results and analysing actual vs. budget vs. forecast.
• Maintain and update the group performance scorecard with financial and non‑financial KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the construction/EPC sector.
• Proven track record in collections, financial control, insurance management or performance reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across projects, commercial and finance teams.
