About the role
LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Dubai. The role involves supporting the CFO and senior leadership with comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Required profile
- Chartered professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA) – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field; MBA or MSc is advantageous.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership position.
- Proven experience working with CFO, CEO, board members or business owners.
- Strong exposure to multi‑entity, multinational or diversified business operations.
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and GCC tax regulations.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP implementation, financial transformation, automation or process improvement.
