Senior Financial Analyst – Oracle & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure efficient data entry, maintain key financial databases, and support the finance division across ADNOC’s offshore operations. The role involves supervising month‑end closing, producing financial and cost reports, and driving automation within Oracle Financials.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Chart of Accounts in Oracle Financials.
• Supervise monthly closing, data uploads, and preparation of financial, cost and budget reports.
• Design, develop and maintain financial reporting structures and automate financial processes.
• Analyze accounting code combinations, manage segment values, and ensure accurate interface with Maximo and HRMS.
• Prepare trial balances, reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, and generate journal vouchers for adjustments.
• Support finance end‑users, train young UAE nationals, and contribute to system implementation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8‑9 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in oil & gas.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ACMA or CPA.
• Fluent English communication skills.
