Senior Food & Beverage Manager – Outlets

About the role

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead its outlet operations at Dubai International Airport and Dubai World Central. The role is responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage experiences across lounges and mezzanine restaurants while driving revenue and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the company safety management system, HACCP, hygiene policies and EKFC safety standards.
• Coordinate with central purchasing and stores to manage fixed assets and inventory for uninterrupted service.
• Plan manpower, recruit, orient, train and monitor staff performance across multiple outlets.
• Control costs and support budget and CAPEX preparation to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with Production to implement menus, food presentation and kitchen strategies.
• Apply ISO 9001:2015 quality policies and develop new F&B concepts aligned with market trends.
• Partner with HR to reduce attrition and foster a high‑performing workforce.
• Analyse client feedback and passenger surveys to drive service improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or hotel management (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of hospitality experience, including 2 years in an executive F&B leadership role.
• Proven track record in high‑volume, premium outlet operations, pre‑opening projects and cost control.
• Experience with luxury hotels, multi‑site restaurants and supplier management, preferably in the GCC.
