Senior FP&A Manager – Retail, Wholesale & E‑commerce

About the role

Al Boom Marine is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across its Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels in the GCC. The role combines strategic financial planning, operational finance expertise and leadership to support business growth and ensure financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all business channels.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI monitoring and financial modelling.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other GCC tax laws, manage filings, reconciliations and audits.
• Support Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce teams with financial analysis, pricing strategies and investment evaluations.
• Monitor working capital, inventory and cash flow, driving cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales as a finance business partner.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Lead or support ERP upgrades and automation of routine accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in FP&A, taxation and VAT compliance.
• Proven ability to partner with business heads and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Commercially driven mindset with a track record of supporting retail and e‑commerce operations.
