Senior Full Stack Consultant

About the role

Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice is looking for a Senior Full Stack Consultant to design, build and support enterprise‑grade digital platforms for clients in Abu Dhabi. The role blends hands‑on development with technical leadership across frontend, backend, cloud‑native deployment and DevOps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain secure, scalable full‑stack applications using micro‑services, containerisation and API‑first principles.
• Create responsive single‑page applications with Python, React, Next.js, TypeScript and modern UI toolkits.
• Build backend services with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js or NestJS and implement REST/SOAP APIs and event‑driven workflows.
• Integrate internal and external systems using synchronous and asynchronous messaging and design relational data models in PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL.
• Package and deploy solutions with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab or Jenkins.
• Mentor engineering teams, conduct code and design reviews and lead technical estimation and sprint planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale, high‑availability full‑stack applications.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native, micro‑services architectures and Agile delivery.
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
