Senior Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract)

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative direction, development, and execution of visual communication materials and marketing campaigns for Sharjah Education Academy, working closely with the Marketing and Communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and execution of visual projects from concept to final delivery.
• Develop key visuals, campaign identities, and design systems for digital, print, and event applications.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the Academy's visual identity across bilingual Arabic and English materials.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketing specialists, and internal/external designers to align visual and written content.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, overseeing production‑ready files and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in art direction or senior graphic design.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and managing multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC and preferably in educational or governmental institutions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
