Senior Graphic Designer – Architecture & Design Communications

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Officer, Graphics & Drafting to join our expanding Graphic & Design Communications team. Reporting to the Graphic & Design Communications Manager, you will create high‑quality visual materials that support executive decision‑making across architecture, master‑planning, landscape and urban design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop polished presentations for senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Produce visual communication assets for master‑planning, architecture, landscape architecture and interior design projects.
• Translate complex technical and design data into clear, engaging graphics, infographics and visual narratives.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure brand‑consistent visual output.
• Support internal design reviews, executive briefings and strategic project communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in a design consultancy, architecture practice, real‑estate development or similar multidisciplinary environment.
• Proven track record creating executive‑level presentations and board papers.
• Strong understanding of architecture, urban design and master‑planning concepts.
• Ability to work confidently with senior leadership and translate technical information into visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Competence in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with SketchUp.
• Strong presentation design capabilities.
