Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create best‑in‑class visual communication for growth brands such as Chicken Tikka, Wimpy and Malak Al Tawouk across the UAE and Kuwait markets. You will shape brand expression across digital, in‑store and delivery channels, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with local consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality visual content for digital, social media, print, packaging and in‑store marketing in line with brand guidelines.
• Translate campaign briefs into compelling assets that appeal to local audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to support 360° campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Adapt regional campaigns for Kuwait and UAE markets, delivering menus, posters, POS materials and tray liners.
• Create content for home‑delivery platforms, including banners, offers and UX visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and manage visual asset libraries.
• Stay current with design trends and cultural cues relevant to target audiences.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in F&B, retail or agency environments.
• Strong ability to balance design quality with fast turnaround times.
• Experience managing multiple brand identities and adapting assets for Arabic and English.
• Excellent eye for detail, creative problem‑solving and ownership of timelines.
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
