Senior Graphics Designer

About the role

A Senior Graphics Designer with 4-7 years of experience is sought to join the design team in the Employee Experience department. The role covers a wide range of creative needs, from executive presentations and client proposals to campaigns, employee communications, videos and digital content, and calls for independent work, multi-tasking and tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Graphic and visual design: create posters, emailers, banners, social media creatives, infographics and other assets, keeping visual consistency across channels
• Presentation design: build client, proposal and executive decks, solution decks and storytelling decks, plus charts, diagrams and templates
• Document design: lay out proposals, reports and client-facing materials with clear typography and hierarchy
• Video and motion graphics: shoot and edit corporate, campaign, explainer and event videos, create motion graphics and animations, and support on-location shoots
• Internal and employee communication: design assets for announcements, campaigns, events and engagement initiatives, including newsletters and leadership comms
• Conceptual work: understand the context and audience, develop creative concepts and recommend the right visual approach
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, functions and regions, managing several projects and tight turnarounds

Required profile

• 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative services or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a design or multimedia discipline preferred
• Experience in a corporate, agency or client-facing environment is an advantage
• Strong portfolio showing a diverse range of creative work

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint
• Video editing, motion graphics, basic animation and camera handling
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and image/video generation tools
