Senior Manager - Creative Lead

About the role

Innovation Group is hiring a Senior Manager Creative Lead in Dubai on a permanent basis. The role leads creative concepts and campaign platforms for exhibitions, conferences and summits, and manages the end-to-end creative development of campaigns, event identities, content systems and experiential environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign platforms for exhibitions, conferences and summits to differentiate client offerings and strengthen their competitive position.
• Support business growth by contributing to pitches, proposals, credentials and strategic presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand creative scope across brand identity, spatial design, content ecosystems and immersive experiences.
• Lead collaboration between designers, writers, strategists and external partners to turn ideas into high-quality executions.
• Oversee creative workflows, reviews and approvals to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines, communication strategies and client governance, especially for government and high-profile platforms.
• Maintain quality standards across visual identity, messaging and experiential design.
• Define and champion the creative vision and standards for Brand Management, and mentor internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in creative leadership roles within agencies or integrated communications environments.
• Experience leading integrated brand and campaign development.
