Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

Qureos is an AI-powered hiring platform that sources, screens, messages and interviews candidates, cutting about 15 hours of manual recruiter work per role and reaching 2,000+ job boards. It has raised a $5M seed round and is expanding its team. You will join the growth team that already runs the core channels and is responsible for the next set of paid and organic channels, such as paid media, affiliates, marketplaces, communities, search, content, email, lifecycle and referral.

Key responsibilities

• Decide which new channels to test, make the case with numbers, and choose which to scale and which to stop
• Work with both sides of the marketplace: companies that need to hire and the talent they hire
• Run experiments with a hypothesis, budget and time box, and document why each bet succeeds or fails
• Analyse where users stall and work with product and engineering to optimise the conversion journey
• Work closely with the founders and across product, engineering, sales and the growth team

Required profile

• Proven track record of building acquisition from nothing to scale, in product-led or self-serve growth, B2B SaaS demand generation or a two-sided marketplace
• Built campaigns yourself: ad accounts, analytics and page builders, creative briefs, copy and funnel sequences
• Runs tests quickly and changes your mind when the data says so
• Pulls your own analysis rather than waiting on a data team
• Not looking for: people who have not built anything themselves in the last year, those who need a fully staffed team under them, or those who mistake activity for growth
