Senior Growth Product Manager - User Activation

About the role

Bybit is looking for a senior growth product leader to own user activation across its global cryptocurrency exchange. You will shape strategies that turn new users into active traders and drive long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow active user metrics (MAU, cumulative transactors) and define activation strategies.
• Lead design and iteration of consumer‑facing growth features such as task systems, check‑ins, rewards stores and trading incentives.
• Plan, build and run large‑scale user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events) from concept to launch.
• Continuously improve activation conversion and retention through funnel analysis, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams – design, engineering, data, compliance – to deliver projects on schedule.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor moves to surface actionable growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in internet product or growth roles, with at least 2 years on a crypto exchange or Web3 platform.
• Proven ownership of activation/retention metrics with measurable growth results.
• Hands‑on experience building task‑based or gamified consumer features from 0 to 1.
• Track record of planning and executing large‑scale campaigns.
• Understanding of regulated environments, KYC tiering and geo‑restrictions.
