Senior Housekeeping Supervisor – UAE National

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Housekeeping to lead daily operations across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring the brand’s luxury standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities, conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Supervise Housekeeping Supervisors and Team Leaders, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost‑effective usage.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and F&B to guarantee timely room readiness and address maintenance issues.
• Handle escalated guest complaints, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of total experience in housekeeping, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• UAE national status.
