Senior HR Business Partner – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Head of HR Business Partnering will lead the HRBP function across the organisation, aligning the people agenda with business priorities and acting as a senior advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing HR Business Partnering model, providing strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, talent, performance, employee relations and change.
• Partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into practical people strategies, oversee performance management cycles, and ensure consistent HR service delivery across units.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent development, supporting Emiratisation and national talent objectives.
• Provide senior‑level guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with UAE labour legislation, and use HR analytics to deliver insights on turnover, engagement and capability gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or professional HR qualification advantageous.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, including leading an HRBP function or team.
• Proven ability to partner with C‑suite and senior leaders in large, complex organisations, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and change transformation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
