Senior HR Business Partner – Corporate Services

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted HR leader and advisor to the Executive Management team within Corporate Services, covering Finance, Legal, Audit, Procurement and Communications. The role ensures alignment of human capital management with Al-Futtaim’s mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and drive the people strategy, lead organisation design and effectiveness initiatives, and advise leaders through transformation and change.
• Lead workforce planning, restructuring and optimisation of productivity, capability and people cost using workforce insights and analytics.
• Own the talent agenda, conduct talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles, and challenge leadership on performance and development decisions.
• Provide senior counsel on complex employee relations matters, strengthen culture, engagement and employee experience while managing organisational risk.
• Develop and embed Emiratisation and national talent strategies into workforce planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management; MBA or CIPD preferred.
• 12+ years of HR Generalist experience, including employee and industrial relations.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner leading HR teams.
• Strong capabilities in change management, recruitment & selection, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
