Senior HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Senior HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition efforts in Dubai, UAE. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely delivery of hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requirement gathering through candidate selection and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks and referrals, and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews, collect feedback, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in ATS platforms, track KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance rates.
• Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, handling multiple vacancies independently.
• Experience in agency recruitment, corporate hiring or multi‑industry recruitment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with recruitment practices in the UAE or GCC market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit).
• Expertise in candidate sourcing using Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases.
• Ability to prepare recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics.
