Senior HR Manager

About the role

PureHealth is seeking a Senior Manager – HR to shape people services and strengthen HR governance across the organisation. This senior role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership to ensure policies meet the highest standards while simplifying the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR governance frameworks, policies and procedures aligned with UAE labour law.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments and lead action plans to close compliance gaps.
• Lead delivery of employee lifecycle services including onboarding, benefits administration and off‑boarding.
• Improve HR service speed, quality and consistency through process optimisation, technology, automation and data analytics.
• Oversee employee data systems, ensuring accuracy, security and confidentiality.
• Develop, review and update HR policies in partnership with Legal and Compliance, and communicate them clearly.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR professionals, setting priorities and high service standards.
• Contribute to strategic HR programmes such as diversity and inclusion, workforce planning and organisational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in HR governance, compliance or HR operations.
• Strong background in policy development, HR systems and service delivery management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE employment laws, HR compliance standards and best practices.
