People Resourcing Advisor

About the role

Euro Mechanical is seeking a People Resourcing Advisor to lead white‑collar corporate recruitment and high‑volume technical hiring across its Abu Dhabi operations. Reporting to the People Resourcing & Planning Manager, you will ensure head‑office teams and project sites are staffed with qualified professionals, contractors and technicians on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute recruitment strategies for each assignment, aligning sourcing approach, timeline and selection process with hiring managers.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, support, trades, technicians, supervisors and site‑support roles, often at volume and under tight mobilisation dates.
• Build direct sourcing channels, reduce agency reliance, and manage agency relationships while upholding ethical recruitment standards.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and internal databases, maintaining a pipeline of pre‑screened talent.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, competency assessments and verify certifications before extending offers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and hand over clean records to People Operations for contracts, visas and onboarding.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience covering white‑collar corporate roles and contractor/technical volume hiring.
• Background in EPC, oil & gas, industrial or contracting sectors, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of large‑scale mobilisations, shutdowns or turnarounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and visa/mobilisation processes is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on use of ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment trackers.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals and agency management.
• Ability to verify certifications, third‑party cards and experience.
