Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are supporting a fast‑growing aerospace organisation in Abu Dhabi and are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and develop the HR function during a critical period of expansion. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day operations, recruitment and workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and advise senior leadership on all people‑related matters.
• Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and talent acquisition for specialist aerospace and technical roles.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and HR policies.
• Support organisational design, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Significant HR leadership experience at HR Manager, Senior HR Manager or HR Director level.
• Previous experience within aerospace, aviation, defence, MRO or aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of recruiting specialist engineering and technical talent.
• Experience supporting a growing or changing organisation.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE HR practices and employment legislation.
• Proven ability to work across both strategic and operational HR functions.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline; CIPD/SHRM or equivalent is advantageous.
