Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

Support Zand’s recruitment, learning and HR Business Partner activities to deliver a smooth candidate and employee experience, coordinating hiring, onboarding and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, gather hiring feedback and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Prepare offer letters, manage background screening, pre‑employment checks and joining documentation in line with internal policies and UAE regulations.
• Oversee onboarding and induction, communicate joining dates, arrange practical matters and circulate welcome emails.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, vacancy reports and related management information.
• Coordinate training schedules, employee nominations, logistics and attendance with relevant parties.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, enrolments and completion tracking.
• Monitor mandatory, regulatory and compliance training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Support HR Business Partners with employee‑lifecycle administration, letters, communications and documentation.
• Liaise with Payroll, Finance, IT and other functions to coordinate employee‑related administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience, preferably within the banking industry.
• HR certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government relations processes.
• Ability to use HR Management Systems (HRMS) and administer learning management platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS platforms.
• Experience administering an LMS.
• Knowledge of leave and attendance management processes.
• Ability to maintain HR records, prepare reports and support HR analytics.
