About the role
NAFFCO is looking for an analytical and results‑oriented Performance and KPI Manager to develop and manage a Group‑wide performance measurement framework. The role will translate business objectives into measurable plans, improve accountability and support timely action when performance falls below target.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Group‑wide KPI framework, scorecards and reporting processes.
- Work with business leaders to define, calculate and govern KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Consolidate, analyse and present performance data in monthly and quarterly dashboards and management reports.
- Coordinate performance review meetings, follow up on actions and support corrective action planning.
- Define data collection and validation processes, improve reporting tools and ensure data quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience managing KPIs or business performance reporting.
