Senior Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our growing teams. Working remotely from Dubai, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the UAE and the wider region to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from intake to onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and realistic timelines.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and direct headhunting.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through CV review, structured phone screens, and competency‑based interviews.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate pipelines and status updates.
• Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Prepare, negotiate, and extend competitive offers aligned with UAE market benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and visa/work‑permit requirements.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source of hire.
• Build long‑term talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE.
• Proven full‑cycle recruitment track record across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters).
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and the local talent market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
