Senior I&C Engineer – Gas Processing & Compression

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Engineer to join a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on gas processing and compression systems within large‑scale oil and gas EPC contracts. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑value infrastructure for ADNOC and other clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead I&C engineering activities for gas processing and compression packages.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases for pipeline and utility networks.
• Ensure compliance with sour‑gas treatment and safety standards on on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interface with client representatives.
• Support project cost control and schedule adherence for multi‑million‑dollar contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 5 years on on‑shore/off‑shore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline) is mandatory.
• Proven experience on ADNOC gas processing, NGL pipeline, and sour‑gas treatment projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large EPC contracts and deliver results on schedule.
