Senior Indian Motorcycle Technician

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technician specialized in Indian Motorcycles to join our dedicated service team in Dubai. You will work onsite, delivering premium maintenance and repair services while mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on all Indian Motorcycle models.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer‑approved equipment and service manuals.
• Carry out engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, braking, steering, and electrical system repairs to exacting standards.
• Execute warranty repairs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDI) and install genuine accessories and performance upgrades.
• Perform thorough road tests before and after repairs.
• Mentor and coach junior technicians, sharing best practices.
• Maintain accurate repair orders, job cards, and service reports.
• Keep workshop tools, equipment, and work areas clean and safe, complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Participate in manufacturer technical training and support field service activities as needed.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as a motorcycle technician, preferably with premium brands.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience with Indian Motorcycle is a strong advantage; experience with Harley‑Davidson, BMW Motorrad, Triumph, Ducati, KTM, Honda, Yamaha or similar premium brands is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of engine, electrical, fuel‑injection, ABS, suspension, and drivetrain systems.
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
