Senior Influencer Relations Associate

About the role

Mumzworld.com is expanding its influencer programme across the GCC and seeks a senior professional to lead strategy, execution and team management. Reporting to the Marketing leadership, you will own the end‑to‑end influencer relationship lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand values and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the influencer relations strategy for key GCC markets.
• Identify, onboard and nurture influencers that match Mumzworld’s brand and audience.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms with influencers and agencies.
• Lead the influencer relations team, set performance standards and drive professional development.
• Design and maintain processes, playbooks and workflows to scale campaigns efficiently.
• Oversee campaign briefing, execution, post‑campaign reporting and performance analysis (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Category teams to integrate influencer activations with product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Track budgets, ensure compliance with brand guidelines and provide insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or FMCG.
• Proven track record of building long‑term influencer partnerships that drive measurable brand and revenue impact.
• Strong leadership experience managing a small team or cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing campaign KPIs and optimizing performance.
