Senior Interior Designer – Design Lead (Non-CAD Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a senior interior designer to lead design concepts from vision through execution. The role is client‑facing, conceptual and execution‑oriented, with responsibility for design direction, stakeholder management and on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own interior design concepts, narratives, material palettes, finishes, FF&E and lighting, ensuring design quality across all stages.
• Serve as the primary design contact for clients, lead presentations, workshops and approval processes, and articulate design rationale and value‑engineering options.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and CAD/Revit teams, reviewing drawings to keep technical outputs aligned with design intent.
• Oversee design development through construction and handover, conduct site visits, coordinate meetings, resolve on‑site issues and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Lead FF&E selection, specifications and procurement support, liaise with suppliers and manage cost control and value‑engineering.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of interior design experience with senior or lead responsibility.
• Proven track record in hospitality, commercial, residential or retail projects and a strong portfolio of conceptual and executed work.
• Experience managing design teams and collaborating with technical drafting support.
