Senior Interior Designer - Luxury Hospitality & F&B

About the role

An award-winning architecture and interior design consultancy based in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality & F&B) to lead the design and delivery of high-profile luxury projects from concept through to construction. The role is highly hands-on and requires full proficiency in Revit, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design development and execution of luxury hospitality and high-end F&B projects from concept to completion
• Ensure design excellence and consistency across all project stages
• Produce and coordinate detailed interior design packages using Revit
• Develop design concepts, storyboards, material palettes, FF&E and design narratives
• Prepare detailed working drawings and technical documentation
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and external stakeholders
• Review and coordinate drawings for accuracy, buildability and compliance
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects to deadline

Required profile

• Around 8+ years of professional interior design experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong background in luxury hospitality and high-end F&B projects for premium brands and hotels
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Required skills

• 100% proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and technical capability
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills

Salary is up to AED 30,000 per month depending on experience; the position is based in Dubai.
