Senior Interior Designer – Luxury Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with extensive experience in high‑end hospitality projects, especially luxury 5‑star hotels, spas, restaurants and other guest‑facing spaces. The role involves leading design from concept through to construction, ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality design are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design development for hotels, spas, restaurants and other hospitality venues.
• Manage projects from concept design through design development, technical documentation, tender and construction stages.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, lighting designers, kitchen consultants, landscape consultants and specialist contractors.
• Review and approve material selections, finishes, FF&E, joinery, lighting and bespoke furniture.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, presentations and design proposals.
• Conduct site inspections, manage mock‑ups and ensure design intent is realised on‑site.
• Mentor junior designers and oversee design packages produced by internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality interiors, preferably 5‑star hotel projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior design documentation, coordination with architectural, structural and MEP requirements.
• Ability to manage design changes and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing projects from mid‑stage to completion.
