Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to lead audit engagements from planning through reporting. The role supports risk assessments, development of risk‑based work plans and communication of audit results to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating the Annual Audit Plan based on risk assessment outcomes.
• Develop detailed audit programs and risk‑control matrices for assigned business processes.
• Execute audit procedures, including data analysis, sampling and use of information‑system audit techniques.
• Document work in the automated Audit Management System and ensure compliance with professional audit standards.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings and recommendations to management.
• Follow up on management action plans and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Participate in special reviews and support corporate governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of internal audit methodology, risk assessment and control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using audit management software.
• Knowledge of statistical sampling methods and information‑system audit techniques.
