Senior Investment Consultant – Riyadh or Dubai

About the role

Mercer Wealth is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join its fast‑growing team in the Middle East. You will work directly with senior consultants and analysts to deliver high‑impact investment advice to institutional clients across Riyadh and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and analysts to provide ongoing investment advice to a diverse portfolio of institutional clients.
• Design and analyse strategic investment solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Develop and critically review complex strategic asset allocations and conduct asset‑liability modelling.
• Lead manager research and selection across a broad spectrum of public and private asset classes.
• Prepare detailed client reports, investment policy statements and other governance documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, evaluate manager effectiveness and support portfolio structuring.
• Coordinate with Mercer specialist teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related business discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant investment experience, preferably in institutional consulting or asset management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proven confidence presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
