Senior IT Analyst

About the role

The Senior IT Analyst will ensure the smooth operation of applications and computer systems across the organization, maintaining compliance with standards and supporting end‑users. This role involves supervising junior analysts, managing IT assets, and driving improvements in application efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications and workstations.
• Diagnose program errors, propose solutions, and modify code to improve efficiency.
• Prepare detailed workflow charts illustrating program logic, inputs, and outputs.
• Manage administration, upgrades, and inventory of IT applications and equipment.
• Supervise, monitor, and train IT Analysts on various tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑6 years of experience in IT applications, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (or ability to obtain one).

Required skills

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP).
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
• Cisco Certified Design Associate (CDDA).
