Senior IT Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of technology positions. You will work remotely in a part‑time capacity, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top‑tier IT talent across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub and other professional networks.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interview coordination and feedback.
• Conduct technical screenings to evaluate expertise in programming languages, frameworks, cloud and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Negotiate salaries and manage final offer delivery.
• Track recruitment metrics to improve time‑to‑hire and overall efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven track record hiring backend/frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineers.
• Strong negotiation abilities and strategic hiring mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in competitive, international talent markets is a plus.
